Rental Rules and Requirements:
Must be 25 or older to Rent ~ All Teenagers must be accompanied by parents
No Smoking allowed inside the Unit. ~ No Pets are allowed

A $300.00 Reservation and Security Deposit is Required
and will be refunded after satifactory inspection of the unit.
